We can provide 1-1 coaching for neurodivergent employees, to help them navigate their neurodivergence at work and create effective workplace strategies to help them thrive.
We can also provide co-coaching, which is conducted with the neurodivergent employee and their line manager. This helps facilitate and open conversation in a safe space to build empathy and understanding on both sides, strengthening their relationship.
